Pressure Pipe Systems

National Plastic produces a wide range of UPVC Pressure Pipes to most of the major international standards and dimensions of Metric and Imperial. The pipes are made from 100% virgin UPVC resin and have a minimum required strength MRS=25 mpa so that the pipes meet or exceed the rigorous hydrostatic requirements of the standards. The pipes are produced in a range of colours such as grey, white, blue, purple and carry full printing and identification at 1m intervals according to the standard requirements.

Pressure Fittings

A full range of UPVC and CPVC fittings to the main International Standards of EN1452, BS3505, DIN8063 and ASTM D2466 including sizes from 1/2”-16” (16mm- 400mm). The fittings include solvent weld joints and are fully compatible to the National Plastic pipe range. Specially fabricated fittings and long radius bends can be supplied on request along with rubber ring joints on certain sizes in the range. Fittings are available in standard colours of light grey, dark grey and white and suitable for all pressure applications.

Drainage Pipe Systems

National Plastics produces a range of UPVC pipes for above and below ground use made from 100% virgin UPVC. It has a full range of fittings in both solvent weld and rubber ring joint for all sizes. The pipes are produced in all the major international standards ie: European Standards BS EN 1401, BS EN 1329, as well as the previous standards such as BS 5255, BS 4514, BS 4660, BS 5481. A range complying to ASTM D2655 Sch 40/80 is also available on request. National Plastic also has Kitemark licences from BSI for the EN range from 1 1/4" to 16" and can supply Kitemark certified pipes where required.

Drainage Fittings

UPVC drainage fittings in either British or Metric / ISO dimensions from size 1 1/4" to 16" (36mm - 400mm). The fittings are suitable for all drain applications including soil, waste, underground and gravity sewer systems. Fittings can be supplied with either rubber ring or solvent socket weld jointing systems. Fittings are available in light grey or brown colours and are compatible with the full range on National Plastic drain pipes.

Duct and Conduit Pipe Systems

National Plastics produces a range of upvc schedule 40 ducts in sizes 1/2" to 6" that are in accordance with NEMA TC-2A standard and listed to UL 651. The conduits are suitable for above or below ground installations and made from 100% virgin pvc resin. The ducts meet and exceed all the mechanical and performance requirement of both the NEMA TC2 and UL 651 standards.

CPVC Pipe Systems

CPVC for domestic and industrial hot and cold water applications in sizes upto 16" (400mm). CPVC is suitable for conveying pressurized hot fluids upto 90°C. Pipe can be supplied in ASTM or Metric / ISO dimensions and a full range of CPVC fittings / transition fittings are available. Special Solvent Cement manufactured by IPS Weldon for high pressure / high temperature applications is also available.

Polyethylene Pipe Systems

HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE pipe systems in a range of sizes and specifications from 1/2" to 4" (13mm - 110mm). Polyethylene pipe is used for water supply, irrigation systems, plumbing connections, gas distribution and drainage. Acoustic Soundproof Drainage Systems

National Plastics produces a range of acoustic pipes suitable for above ground drainage systems that have been certified by the German Fraunhofer Institute IBP according to EN 14366. The pipes are made from a special acoustic grade virgin uPVC material and consist of sizes from 40mm (1 1/4") upto 160mm (6"). Larger sizes are available on request. The pipes are metric/ISO dimensions (See Table 1) and fully compatible with the "Redi" Phono Line range of acoustic fittings. The drain pipes meet and exceed all the performance requirements of EN1329 (UPVC above ground drainage systems.

Casings & Screens

UPVC well casing and screen in compliance with the DIN 4925 standard from 1 1/4" to 16" (36mm - 400mm). A shallow depth and deep well depth range cover most applications of ground water extraction. National Plastic also produces ribbed borewell / screen. A full range of imperial and ASTM sizes are also available upto 16" (400mm). All the accessories required for the proper installation of well casing and screen including lifting heads, casing clamps, centralizers, sand traps, bottom / top caps and reducer fittings. Accessories are available to suit the full range of sizes produced.
